Ninja Youth

Ninja and Obstacles for ages 13-17 years old.

Older kids are ready for more of a challenge, and will learn self-discipline, respect, and build confidence, while developing body awareness and strength in our Ninja Warrior gym.

Our coaching staff will help them build up to harder obstacles, and teach them how to conquer obstacles safely.

We cover balance (rolling log, slack line), agility (quad steps), and strength (ninja frame, ninja line), while also teaching them how to fail and fall safely.

All participants must have a valid waiver, as there is an inherent risk in all physical activities.
