Jedi Training – Tuesday 5:30PM
This is a low to moderate intensity weekly training program for a spectrum of jedi arts enthusiasts. It features yogic stretching and breathing techniques, as well as non-violent self defense principles and movement exercises from eastern arts such as tai chi, aikido, qi-gong and traditional shaolin temple kung fu. There will be some non-violent saber and other weapons training as well.
It contains elements of sci-fi fiction, fun and games but distinct and separate real teachings from “The Force” friendly traditions of Taoism, Buddhism and more.
Class runs 5:30-6:30PM and is pay what you can/donation.
