Moving Towards – Tuesday 7PM


Moving Towards is a sequenced yoga style class that leads you towards some of the more “fancy” yoga poses. The sequence will be the same every week, so you’ll be able to track your progress. The theme and occasionally the teacher will change every month.
November’s sequence leads to one legged side plank. We’ll work wrists, shoulders and adductors (inner thighs) to prepare for this challenging pose.
Class is $10 at the door by cash, e-transfer, debit or credit.
Class runs Tuesday, 7-8PM.
